We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

A $25 USD restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers the labour required to pick, pack, and send the original order.

To exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process above. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above. Where permitted by law, refunds will be processed less the $25 USD restocking fee and original shipping costs.
