Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • 100% brand new
  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • With all protective plastics intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs

A $25 USD restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers the labour required to pick, pack, and send the original order.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The original shipping fee paid to send the product to you is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund or exchange value.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, you must request a return via email.

  1. Contact us at contact@hartleywatches.com confirming that the product is 100% brand new and unused.
  2. Once confirmed, we will:
    • Approve or decline the return request
    • Advise the original shipping cost incurred
    • Confirm the expected refund amount after deductions
  3. We will then provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process above. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above. Where permitted by law, refunds will be processed less the $25 USD restocking fee and original shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund
